Grilled Fish with Tropical SalsaGrilled Fish with Tropical Salsa - Pop some frozen fish fillets on the grill and then smother them in this cool, spicy tropical salsa. Serve with bread and a side salad.

Grilled Fish with Tropical Salsa

Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

6 ounces mango
4 ounces kiwi
4 ounces canned crushed pineapple drained
4 ounces tomato, chopped
4 ounces jalapeno, chopped
4 , chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 dash pepper
4 teaspoons olive oil
6 ounces fish fillet
1 side salad
1 slice flat bread

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mango, kiwi, pineapple, tomato, jalapeno, green onion, lime juice, lemon juice and pepper. Stir and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Cover a broiling pan with foil. Place fish fillet on foil-covered pan. Dribble olive oil over the top.
  3. Place under oven broiler and cook until fillet is lightly brown. Turn and continue cooking on the other side.
  4. Heat bread in hot oven.
  5. When the second side of the fish fillet is lightly brown, cover with salsa and return to broiler.
  6. Fish is done when salsa is warm and beginning to turn brown under the broiler. Serve with side salad and warm bread.
