Beef and macaroni seasoned with sour cream and guacamole whipped up in a skillet in thirty minutes. Kids love this recipe!

Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

8 ounces lean ground beef
4 ounces onion
8 ounces tomato
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup guacamole
8 ounces macaroni
1 dash dried cilantro
4 ounces tortilla chips

Grocery Shopping List for Guaca-Macaroni

From kitchen to table in

  1. Heat water on high in a large saucepan for pasta.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Dice onion and tomato.
  4. Add macaroni to boiling water and continue cooking on high heat. Stir.
  5. Drain any fat off beef and add diced onion to the skillet. Cook on medium for one or two minutes until onion is browned.
  6. Add sour cream and guacamole to skillet. Stir to mix.
  7. Add tomato and reduce heat to medium-low.
  8. Drain and rinse macaroni and add to skillet.
  9. Stir until completely mixed. Sprinkle cilantro over the top and serve with tortilla chips.
