Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

8 frozen breaded fish fillets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 ounces onion
1 dash dill weed
1 dash pepper
2 kiwis
24 grapes
24 chunks pineapple

Grocery Shopping List for Breaded Fish Fillets with Tartar Sauce

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place fish fillets on a cookie sheet and into oven. Make note of the time.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, pickle relish and lemon juice.
  4. Mince onion and stir into mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle in dill weed and pepper and mix well. Place in refrigerator.
  5. When fish fillets have baked for 15 minutes, remove from oven and flip. Return to oven and continue cooking for another 5 to 10 minutes until brown and firm.
  6. While fish browns, peel kiwi, slice and arrange on a plate with grapes and pineapple chunks.
  7. Remove fish fillets from oven and serve with chilled tartar sauce and fruit.
