Start by choosing one number to be the specified multiple (2 is the easiest, 7 would be much harder). Then start counting.
If the number that is to be named is a multiple of the specified number, the player must say SNAP instead of naming the number.
Here is how the game would be played using the number 5:
1, 2, 3, 4, SNAP, 6, 7, 8, 9, SNAP, 11, 12, 13,14, SNAP, etc.
