The People In Your Day – Lasting Impressions

Think back on all the people you made contact with today.  Remember making contact isn't limited to the people you saw face to face.  Your list could include the author of a book, a musician, someone on television, etc.

Now consider who out of all those people said or did something that made a lasting impression.  What was the lesson you learned from this contact?

Play A Word Game – Adverb Exhaustion

Start with a very simple sentence such as "The dog ran."  Now take turns putting different adverbs or adverb phrases into the sentence.

• The dog ran tirelessly.
• The dog ran in circles.
• The dog ran upstairs.
• The dog ran for hours.
• The dog ran through the field.
• The dog ran yesterday.

How many sentences can you make before your ideas are exhausted?
