Franklin D. Roosevelt is quoted as saying, "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself." I can't say that I believe that entirely, certainly there are things that deserve to be feared. But I can understand how fear can keep us from moving forward...and that the action once taken, usually isn't as bad as you thought it would be.
Take turns remembering times when you faced your fears and did something brave.
