Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

1 pound & 8 ounces potato
4 cups water
4 ounces ham
2 ounces onion
1 dash pepper
1 dash garlic salt
1 dash Italian seasonings
1 dash red pepper flakes
1 cup milk
8 dinner rolls

Directions
  1. Peel potatoes and dice into small cubes
  2. Place in saucepan with water.
  3. Cut ham into small cubes and add to potatoes.
  4. Dice onion and add to saucepan.
  5. Season with pepper, garlic salt, Italian seasonings and red pepper flakes.
  6. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and cook covered for 1 hour.
  7. Uncover and add milk. Continue cooking on low.
  8. Heat dinner rolls in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve rolls with soup.
