Change the Serving Size

8 ounces beef sausage
6 ounces zucchini
4 ounces onion
2 cups water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 dash pepper
8 ounces egg noodles
dinner rolls

From kitchen to table in

  1. Boil water in a large saucepan for pasta.
  2. Slice sausage and brown in a skillet over medium heat
  3. Dice zucchini and onions. Add to sausage
    and continue cooking over medium heat.
  4. Add pasta to boiling water and follow cooking instructions printed on the package.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in water and pour over sausage and vegetables. Sprinkle pepper
    over top and stir to mix.
  6. Continue cooking over medium heat until
    gravy reaches desired thickness
  7. Pour over cooked noodles and serve with salad and dinner rolls.
