Pasta and Beef Sausage
Beef sausage and zucchini in a creamy sauce served over egg noodles with a side salad and hot rolls.

Directions
- Boil water in a large saucepan for pasta.
- Slice sausage and brown in a skillet over medium heat
- Dice zucchini and onions. Add to sausage
and continue cooking over medium heat.
- Add pasta to boiling water and follow cooking instructions printed
on the package.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and pour over sausage and
vegetables. Sprinkle pepper
over top and stir to mix.
- Continue cooking over medium heat until
gravy reaches desired thickness
- Pour over cooked noodles and serve with salad and dinner rolls.
