Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup salsa
1 dash garlic salt
1 dash dill weed
4 teaspoons canned diced chilies, drained
2 ounces red bell pepper, finely chopped
4 teaspoons canned sliced olives, drained
2 ounces onion, finely chopped
4 large flour tortillas
8 ounces sliced deli chicken
4 ounces tortilla chips
4 side salads

Directions
  1. Chop red pepper and onion and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and soft.
  3. Add salsa, garlic salt and dill weed and mix well.
  4. Fold in green chilies, red bell pepper, olives and onion.
  5. Spread mixture evenly over a flour tortilla.
  6. Lay chicken slices over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Roll up tightly, wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve with side salad and tortilla chips.
