Make a plan to develop a chain of kindness that starts with you. What could you do to make someone else’s life easier? As you do the favor, tell the other person about your plan and ask that person to please pass on the goodwill by doing a favor for someone else. Request that they inform the next person about the kindness chain.
How far will your chain reach?
"Thanks for carrying my books."
"You're welcome! You can pass on the favor when you see someone who needs help."
