Tell A Story – It Was Lucky I Had A String In My Pocket!

Take turns inventing a situation where it would be fortunate to have a piece of string in your pocket.

I was furious when I saw the baseball card in the pawnshop window.  Surely that was the one that Trip had stolen from me last week.  Now it would cost me $7.50 to get it back!  Reaching into my pocket I pulled out all the money I had.  $6.75 left me 75 cents short.  But the string that came out along with the money gave me an idea!  My tongue immediately went to the loose tooth in the back of my mouth and my plan was formulated.

Can you guess how my story ends?  Now tell your own.
