• "You'll catch your death if you go out in that cold without a hat."

So maybe your parents never said these things to you, but these statements and others like them are common to parents in general.  Can you think of other common things many adults say to children?

Individual Style – How Do You Shop?

It is said that women will shop 'til they drop, that men must look at every nail and screw in a hardware store, children love toy stores and candy stores, and teenagers can wander in a mall for hours.  These are, of course stereotypes.  Everyone's style is different.

What is your shopping style?  Do you love grocery stores and hate boutiques, or the other way around?  Do you need the instant gratification of buying in a store, or prefer to shop unhurriedly by catalog or internet?
