When making big decisions it can be helpful to create a list of pros and a list of cons. The pro list contains the good things that could result if the decision was made, the con list contains the reasons to not make the decision.
One example that could get you started would be the decision to move to a new house. What things would you like to improve by moving? What things would you miss?
