Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

12 ounces tuna
1/4 cup salsa
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
2 ounces tomato
4 green onions
2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 ounce shredded lettuce
8 flour tortillas
4 ounces tortilla chips

Grocery Shopping List for Rollup Tuna Tacos

From kitchen to table in

  1. Drain tuna and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in salsa and mayonnaise.
  3. Meanwhile, slice onion and tomato, separate lettuce leaves.
  4. For each serving, spoon half the tuna mixture down the center of one tortilla. Repeat with second tortilla.
  5. Dice tomato and slice onion. Sprinkle tomato and onion on top of tuna mixture in tortillas.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and lettuce. Rollup and enjoy with tortilla chips.
