Steak on the Grill
Enjoy a juicy grilled steak, baked potato and salad. Rosemary in the marinade makes this BBQ recipe especially healthy.

olive oil
red wine vinegar
coarse ground pepper
dried rosemary

Directions
- In a plastic zip-close bag, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, pepper, rosemary and diced garlic.
Place steak inside bag, close and shake to coat. Refrigerate.
- Heat grill.
- Scrub potato and wrap in foil. Place near the edge of the grill and cover grill.
Bake until easily pierced with a fork (about 2 hours). Rotate every 30 minutes for even baking.
- When potatoes are done, grill steak. Serve with salad.
