Maple Walnut English Muffins
Pure maple syrup, cinnamon, walnuts and an english muffin are all you need to make a scrumptious coffee-cake style dessert in a snap.

1 English muffin
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 dash cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Split muffin and place on a baking sheet.
- In a small mixing bowl, blend maple syrup and cinnamon into butter or margarine. Add chopped walnuts and stir to mix.
- Spread maple mixture over the tops of the English muffins. Place in oven on bottom rack and bake for 10 minutes.
