Italian Pork Noodles with Mediterranean Toasted Bread
Tender pork and tomatoes served over noodles with bread sautéed in olive oil and mediterranean seasonings.

Directions
- Cut pork into cubes and dice onion. Sauté in oil on medium heat until pork is cooked through.
- Add undrained tomatoes and Italian seasonings. Turn burner to low and cover.
- Heat a large pan of water on high for pasta.
- While water heats, mince garlic, basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix with olive oil.
- Add pasta to boiling water and continue cooking on high heat. Stir occasionally.
- Spread the garlic and olive oil mixture over bread slice. Place under hot broiler.
- Toast bread under broiler until golden brown.
- Drain and rinse noodles, top with sauce and serve with bread and salad.
