white fish
lemon juice

non-stick cooking spray
Directions
- Chop tomato, yellow bell pepper, green onion and garlic.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Lay fish in pan and top with chopped vegetables
- Sprinkle lemon juice, thyme and pepper over the top.
- Place in hot oven along with foil-wrapped bread. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 to 15 minutes).
- Serve with salad and warm bread.
