Cuban Black Bean Soup with Tuna

chicken broth
canned diced tomatoes

Directions
- Drain and rinse black beans. Place in a slow-cooker (crockpot) along with chicken broth, undrained diced tomatoes, and undrained canned chilies.
- Drain tuna and add to beans. Chop onion and garlic and place in slow cooker along with red wine vinegar and spices.
- Turn heat on to low and simmer for 4 to 6 hours.
