Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

2 cups canned black beans
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
1/4 cup canned diced chilies
12 ounces canned tuna
2 ounces onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 dash dried oregano
1 dash dried thyme
1 dash ground cumin
1 dash pepper

Directions
  1. Drain and rinse black beans. Place in a slow-cooker (crockpot) along with chicken broth, undrained diced tomatoes, and undrained canned chilies.
  2. Drain tuna and add to beans. Chop onion and garlic and place in slow cooker along with red wine vinegar and spices.
  3. Turn heat on to low and simmer for 4 to 6 hours.
