Cinnamon Candy Cake
Add cinnamon candies to a white cake mix for this easy and delicious dessert.

1 white cake mix (makes 2 layers)
1 1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 egg whites
1 cup miniature cinnamon candies
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two round cake pans. (I love non-stick cooking spray and usually spray my cake pans, but this recipe does require the old-fashioned grease and flour because of the sticky candies.)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and egg whites.
- Blend ingredients with an electric mixer on high speed.
- Pour batter into pans and sprinkle half of the candies over the cake batter in one pan and the other half over the batter in the second pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove cake from pans and allow to cool.
- Frost and enjoy.
