Directions
- Microwave potato on high for 5 minutes (adjust time according
to the power of your microwave).
- Heat chili in a saucepan on medium heat.
- Dice onions and red and green peppers.
- Grate cheese.
- Split the potato and top with chili, onions, red and green
peppers, and cheese.
