Chili Verde
Dinner in a hurry combines chili with salsa verde. Chop some fresh vegetables, add cheese, and serve with tortilla chips.

8 ounces canned chili
4 ounces canned salsa verde
1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
1/4 ounce green bell pepper
1/4 ounce red bell pepper
1/4 ounce purple onion
tortilla chips

Directions
- Mix chili and salsa verde together in a saucepan. Heat
over medium until bubbly.
- Shred cheese.
- Dice vegetables.
- Serve chili topped with cheese and
vegetables, tortilla
chips on the side.
