Chili Verde

Dinner in a hurry combines chili with salsa verde. Chop some fresh vegetables, add cheese, and serve with tortilla chips.

How many servings?

From kitchen to table in 15 minutes.

8 ounces canned chili
4 ounces canned salsa verde
1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
1/4 ounce green bell pepper
1/4 ounce red bell pepper
1/4 ounce purple onion
tortilla chips

Chili Verde

Directions

  1. Mix chili and salsa verde together in a saucepan. Heat over medium until bubbly.
  2. Shred cheese.
  3. Dice vegetables.
  4. Serve chili topped with cheese and
    vegetables, tortilla chips on the side.
