canned great northern beans, drained
chicken broth
frozen corn
canned, diced green chilies
fresh cilantro, chopped
red pepper flakes
cumin
pepper
Monterey jack cheese
tortilla chips
Directions
- Dice ham and onion.
- In a large saucepan combine ham, onion, beans, chicken
broth, corn, chilies, cilantro, red pepper flakes, cumin,
and pepper.
- Heat to boiling. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer
for 20 minutes.
- Top with grated cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
