Tender pieces of zucchini and onion make these chicken burritos extra savory.

From kitchen to table in 20 minutes.

boneless chicken
olive oil
onion
zucchini
tomato sauce
chicken broth
salsa
cilantro
cumin
cheddar cheese
flour tortilla
side salad

Directions
  1. Cook chicken in oil over medium heat.
  2. While chicken cooks, dice onion and,
    zucchini. Add to skillet with chicken.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, chicken broth, salsa, cilantro and cumin.
  4. Spoon mixture into the center of the flour tortilla. Fold the sides of the tortilla to the middle and then roll up.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  6. Serve with salad.
