Black beans, jalapenos and flour tortillas make this mexican meal a vegetarian favorite.

How many servings?

From kitchen to table in 20 minutes.

3/4 cup canned black beans
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon canned diced jalapenos
1/2 tablespoon ranch salad dressing
1 ounce mozzarella cheese
1/2 ounce red bell pepper
1 flour tortilla
1 side salad

Directions
  1. Drain and rinse beans
  2. Heat in a saucepan with tomato sauce, jalapenos, and Ranch dressing.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. Dice pepper.
  5. Top warm beans with grated cheese and diced pepper.
  6. Serve with side salad and tortilla.
