Black Beans
Black beans, jalapenos and flour tortillas make this mexican meal a vegetarian favorite.

3/4 cup canned black beans
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon canned diced jalapenos
1/2 tablespoon ranch salad dressing
1 ounce mozzarella cheese
1/2 ounce red bell pepper
1 flour tortilla
1 side salad
Directions
- Drain and rinse beans
- Heat in a saucepan with tomato sauce, jalapenos, and Ranch
dressing.
- Grate cheese.
- Dice pepper.
- Top warm beans with grated cheese and diced pepper.
- Serve with side salad and tortilla.
