- In a large saucepan, cook the pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold running water; drain again and place in a bowl.
- Meanwhile, for dressing, pour salad dressing in a bowl, chop basil and whisk into dressing along with pepper; set aside.
- Julienne zucchini, slice green onion, stir into pasta. Drizzle dressing over pasta mixture, toss to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
- To serve arrange spinach leave and tomatoes on a plate. Top with pasta mixture, meat and crumbled blue cheese.
