Whip up a fruit smoothie for breakfast or a healthy snack. Yum!

chopped frozen strawberries (unsweetened)

  1. Place milk in a blender.
  2. Slice banana and add to blender along with frozen strawberries and ice cubes.
  3. Place cover on blender and turn on to high speed. Mix until well blended.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy some fruit and calcium!
