Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

1 pound ground beef
2 cups dry macaroni
2 cups tomato sauce
4 cups water
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 dash red pepper flakes
2 ounces grated cheddar cheese
2 sliced green onions

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain off fat. Add macaroni, tomato sauce, water, salsa, Italian salad dressing and red pepper flakes. Stir to mix.
  3. Heat to boiling, cover and reduce heat to lowest setting.
  4. Simmer covered until pasta is tender (about 20 minutes). Stir occasionally.
  5. Uncover and heat on medium until thickened. Stir frequently.
  6. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onion.
