Hot Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli

Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound boneless chicken breast
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup salsa
8 ounces broccoli
2 cups water
2 cups instant rice
refrigerated crescent rolls

From kitchen to table in

  1. Cut chicken into cubes. Pour oil into a skillet, add chicken and brown over medium heat.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. In a saucepan, heat water on high for instant rice.
  4. Shape crescent rolls and place into oven.
  5. Add rice to boiling water, cover and reduce heat to lowest setting.
  6. Add cheese soup, milk and salsa to skillet. Stir to mix and continue heating over medium.
  7. Chop broccoli and add to skillet along with cooked rice. Stir and cover. Reduce heat to low.
  8. Serve with crescent rolls.
