Fresh Tomato Sauce with Rigatoni

Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

12 ounces rigatoni
6 ounces tomato
4 ounces onion
4 ounces cucumber
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 dash pepper
1 dash dried basil
1 dash dill weed
4 ounces jack cheese
8 refrigerated breadsticks

Grocery Shopping List for Fresh Tomato Sauce with Rigatoni

From kitchen to table in

Directions
  1. Heat water in a saucepan to boiling
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Add rigatoni to boiling water.
  4. Place breadsticks on a cookie sheet and into oven.
  5. Dice tomato, onion, and cucumber. Place in a glass bowl.
  6. Add Italian salad dressing, lemon juice, pepper, basil and dill weed.
  7. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  8. When vegetables are done, drain pasta and add to vegetables. Toss to coat.
  9. Grate cheese onto top of pasta and vegetables. Serve with breadsticks.
