Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

8 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces onion
1 clove garlic
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth
1 dash pepper
1 teaspoon cumin

Directions
  1. Brown spaghetti in oil over medium heat.
  2. Chop onion and garlic.
  3. Remove spaghetti from pan and drain on paper towels. Brown onion and garlic in same pan.
  4. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  5. Add tomatoes, broth, pepper and cumin to skillet.
  6. Break and place drained spaghetti in a casserole pan. Pour sauce over the top, cover and place in oven.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with salad.
