3 cups macaroni pasta
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
2 cups evaporated milk
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 side salads

Grocery Shopping List for Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

From kitchen to table in

  1. Heat a large saucepan of water 3/4 full on high heat until boiling. Stir in pasta and cook for 10 minutes or unti a piece cut through the center shows not white strip.
  2. Drain and rinse under hot water. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add butter or margarine and toss to coat.
  3. Stir in evaporated milk, grated cheese and pepper. Mix well. Pour into crockpot and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with salad.
