Black Bean and Chorizo Burrito

1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
2 ounces onion, chopped
4 ounces tomato, chopped
1 ounce jalapeno pepper, diced
2 ounces yellow bell pepper, chopped
8 ounces ground chorizo (Mexican sausage)
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 dash cumin
1 dash cilantro
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon olive oil
4 flour tortillas , large
1/4 cup salsa
1 ounce cheddar cheese, grated
