Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

12 ounces lean ground beef
1 dash garlic salt
2 ounces onions, chopped
2 ounces green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic garlic, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn
1/4 cup milk
8 refrigerated biscuits

Directions
  1. Brown beef in a deep skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle in garlic salt.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Drain any excess fat off the meat. Add chopped onions, garlic and green pepper and continue cooking over medium heat.
  4. Pour in cream of mushroom soup and corn. Add milk and stir.
  5. Place biscuits in oven and bake for about 8 minutes (about half the total cooking time suggested on the package).
  6. Remove biscuits from the oven and place on top of meat mixture bottom side up, crispy side down.
  7. Place casserole in the hot oven and bake until the biscuits are golden brown (about 5 to 7 minutes).
