4 large croissants
2 ounces chopped cashews
2 ounces chopped celery
2 ounces chopped radish
2 ounces chopped green onion
1/4 cup & 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 dash dill weed
1 dash lemon pepper
8 leaves lettuce
8 ounces turkey breast slices

Grocery Shopping List for Turkey Cashew Croissant

From kitchen to table in

  1. Slice croissant into two halves.
  2. Chop cashews, celery, radish and green onion. Mix together with mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed and lemon pepper.
  3. Place cashew mixture onto croissant. Top with lettuce and turkey slices.
