Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

12 ounces tuna canned in water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 stalks celery
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
4 sandwich rolls
4 pineapple rings
4 ounces cheddar cheese
12 ounces fresh fruit

Grocery Shopping List for Tropical Tuna Melt

Directions
  1. Drain tuna and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Chop celery and add to tuna.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise and lemon pepper.
  4. Spread tuna mixture onto the bottom half
    of the sandwich roll.
  5. Top with pineapple ring. Lay cheese on
    top portion of sandwich roll. Place under a broiler until cheese melts.
  6. Serve with fruit.
