1 pie crust
4 eggs
2 cups cottage cheese
4 ounces cheddar cheese
1 can canned diced green chilies
6 ounces onion
3 ounces broccoli
6 ounces fruit

Grocery Shopping List for Southwestern Vegetable Quiche

From kitchen to table in

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Beat egg and cottage cheese together.
  3. Grate cheddar cheese and stir into egg and cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Drain chilies, mince onion and chop broccoli. Stir into cheese mixture.
  5. Pour cheese mixture into pastry shell. Place in hot oven and bake until firm (about 40 minutes).
  6. Serve with fruit.
