Map projects are fun and easy to do. Use an
outline map of a region or country. Choose a topic to research. Create a map key
and use different colors to indicate the areas that share similar results of
your investigation.
A simple example would be to use a world map, research the flags of the
different nations and then designate which countries have flags that are
designed using straight lines only and which ones include curved lines in their
designs.
