Tender breast of chicken marinated and then baked in the oven served with steamed cauliflower.

boneless skinless chicken breast
lemon juice
sesame oil
dried sage
pepper
garlic
minced onions
cauliflower
margarine
dill weed

Directions
  • Place chicken breast in a glass container with a lid.
  • Mix together lemon juice, sesame oil, dried sage, minced garlic, and minced onions. Pour over chicken, cover and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Place chicken in a covered baking dish, pour marinade sauce and vegetables over the top of the meat. Cover and bakee for 30 minutes.
  • Steam cauliflower until tender. Place in serving bowl, add margarine and toss until margarine melts. Sprinkle dill weed over the top and serve with chicken and wheat roll.
