- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain and return to skillet. Turn heat to low.
- Chop cheese into chunks and add to skillet. Turn heat up to medium-low and stir while cheese melts. Stir in diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Turn heat back to low.
- Dice onion, green bell pepper and tomato.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a plate, pour meat sauce over and top with chopped vegetables. Dig in!
