BBQ French Fries and Chicken Strips

Perfect for a barbeque, frozen french fries flavored with sesame oil are cooked over the grill and paired up with saucy chicken strips.

How many servings?

From kitchen to table in 30 minutes (thaw frozen french fries for at least 1 hour before cooking).

frozen french fries
red bell pepper
onion
sesame oil
sea salt
paprika
boneless chicken
prepared barbecue sauce

Directions
  1. Thaw french fries for at least one hour before your cooking time.
  2. Slice bell peppers and onions into strips and add to potatoes. Sprinkle sesame oil over vegetables and stir to evenly coat. Set aside.
  3. Cut chicken into strips.
  4. Place chicken strips on hot grill and coat with barbecue sauce. Adjust heat to medium-low to low. Transfer potatoes, peppers and onions to a skillet designed for grilling. Adjust heat under potatoes to medium.
  5. Turn potatoes, peppers and onions often to brown evenly. Turn chicken at least twice during cooking and brush with sauce each time.
  6. When fries are brown and chicken is cooked through, sprinkle fries with sea salt and paprika and serve with chicken and salad.
