- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour olive oil onto a baking sheet and place tortilla on dot of oil.
- Spread cream cheese over tortilla.
- Core and slice apple and place on 1/2 the tortilla. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and walnut pieces.
- Fold tortilla over apple slices and place in hot oven. Bake for 10 minutes or until tortilla is golden brown.
