Aluminum-Foil Easter Ham Buffet

Aluminum-Foil Easter Ham Buffet

Serve a fuss-free Easter ham dinner this year. Wrap everything in foil for easy cleanup and serve buffet style.

From kitchen to table in 1 hour 15 minutes.

sweet potatoes
butter
brown sugar
cinnamon
cloves
ham slice
ring pineapple
asparagus tips
olive oil
lemon pepper
soft breadsticks

Directions
  1. Scrub sweet potatoes and cut into chunks. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
  3. Line a baking dish with foil. Arrange potato chunks in pan and pour brown sugar mixture evenly over the top. Place a second piece of foil over the potatoes tucking the edges inside the bottom piece of foil. Tnen bring edges of bottom piece of foil over the top and crimp to seal.
  4. Place potatoes in oven.
  5. When potatoes have baked for 15 minutes, prepare ham slices. Line another baking dish with foild and place ham slices alternated by pineapple rings. Seal foil in the manner described above for sealing potatoes.
  6. Place ham in oven with potatoes.
  7. Prepare asparagus tips by breaking off the ends of the stems and laying them on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  8. Sprinkle olive oil and lemon pepper over the asparagus tips. Wrap foil around tips and seal the ends by folding the foil over and crimping. Take care not to crush the tips of the asparagus.
  9. Place in oven with ham and potatoes and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add breadsticks to the oven to warm.
  11. Place everything in festive baskets and serve buffet style! Enjoy the easy cleanup of cooking with foil.
