Peanut Butter Brownies

Peanut Butter Brownies

Add peanut butter and peanuts to a brownie mix for a quick and delicious dessert.

Makes 16

1 brownie mix
12 tablespoons peanut butter
1/3 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 cup peanuts
non-stick cooking spray

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a rectangular baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Dump brownie mix into a mixing bowl.  Add peanut butter, water and eggs.
  3. Using a fork, blend all ingredients together.  Batter will be stiff.
  4. Blend in peanuts.
  5. Spread batter evenly into pan.
  6. Bake in hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are just beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  7. Cool and cut into squares.
