2 pounds frozen peach slices, thawed
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 cup quick cooking oatmeal
2 tablespoons flour
2 prepared pie crusts

From kitchen to table in

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine thawed peach slices, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, oatmeal and flour in a bowl.  Mix well.
  3. Pour into an unbaked pie crust.
  4. Top with second pie crust. Pinch to seal edges.  Cut slits in the top crust for venting.
  5. Place in hot oven and bake for 45 minutes or until crust is brown and filling is bubbling.
