1 pound ground Italian sausage
2 cups canned, diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
4 hoagie rolls
2 ounces diced onion
2 ounces grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Simmer over low heat.
  3. Split hoagie roll and toast under a broiler.
  4. Top toasted roll with meat sauce, diced onion and grated Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Serve with side salad.
