Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

8 ounces ground beef
2 ounces carrots
4 ounces zucchini
4 ounces onion
2 cups no salt tomato sauce
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons & 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasonings
4 cloves garlic
8 ounces spaghetti
4 cups salad mix
2 ounces broccoli
2 ounces cauliflower
4 radishes
2 tablespoons salad dressing

Directions
  1. In a skillet brown ground beef over medium heat.
  2. While meat browns, grate carrots and zucchini. Add to skillet along with beef and continue to cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
  3. Fill a large saucepan with water and heat on high until boiling.
  4. Return to pan and turn heat on to low. Chop onion and add to skillet. Pour in tomato sauce, Italian salad dressing, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings. Simmer while pasta cooks, stirring often.
  5. When water begins to boil, add spaghetti and cook according to package directions.
  6. Prepare salad. Crush garlic and add to meat sauce.
  7. Drain and rinse spaghetti, top with sauce and serve with salad.
