Melt in your mouth cookies with a delicious drop of chocolate in the center. Yum!

Directory of Dessert Recipes

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cups flour
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 cup water
 chocolate candies

Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend in flour and oatmeal.  Add water and using your hands, press into a soft dough.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
  4. Roll dough into one inch balls.  Place on cookie sheet and bake in hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While still warm, press chocolate candy into the center of each cookie.
